I want to enrol in institutes after getting the address and want to get compelet training.... so that i can play at international level...

i heard that there is this "Andhra Pradesh Billiards and snooker association" in Hyd. wanted to know the addresses and besides that wanted to know the addreses of similar associations by which i can enter world championships... iam a beginner BTW

With all due respect: If you read the question, it's quite clear that I did not ask about swimming, Efren Reyes's story (though I'd love to hear his story from HIM) nor who I can get pool advice from. Only ONE person has directly answered this question. This question is about YOU and YOUR thoughts on the sport of pool. Please read the question clearly before you respond. This is a question to learn about pool players, their beginnings in the sport, and what got them interested in playing pool. NOW we're clickin' on all cylinders! Oh, how I'd LOVE to share MY pool beginnings with all of you -- Like poolbound, I'd want to tell my entire story. I'll just say here, that my story is somewhat of a combination of poolbound's, Tim's, Stuart's, and Johnny's, with my own experiences of course. I had an obsession with straight lines since I can remember remembering. Even my artwork in school was all geometric. My art teacher in high school wanted me to break-out of my tendency to draw straight lines and repeated (but colorful) patterns. I just could not deviate from patterns and straight lines. Seeing anything that hanged crooked on a wall, drove me bananas! To this day, I still straighten pictures wherever I go. If all the artwork in your doctor's office is hanging perfectly straight....chances are, I was just there! .....HA! I never thought that I was actually born to play pool, though in hindsight .....I most certainly was 'made' for pool, and pool was undoubtedly meant for me.
